Coriander Crusted Lamb Skewers [send to a friend]
Ingredients:
Clean the leg of lamb and cut into 1" skewers.
Marinate in:
* 1T cumin
* 2t cinnamon
* T coriander
* 1 lemon
* 4oz olive oil.
* 4 t cracked corriander seeds
Method:
Skewer the lamb. Coat lightly with crushed corriander seeds. Grill using direct heat until cooked to your liking. Serve with mint yoghurt.
